The formula was created using our first-hand knowledge and experience in the mixology space combined with such by our friends over at Kitsap Bartending Services. We aren’t trying to sell you more alcohol nor do we get any commissions from anyone, thus we simply just want to help guide you in finding what fits best for your event!

While there are numerous Alcohol Calculators available online, many are generic. What distinguishes our calculator is its consideration of additional factors like Temperature, Type of Drinkers, Date, and Region. Moreover, unlike most calculators that merely specify the amount of beer or wine to purchase, ours goes even further. It provides tailored recommendations for beer and wine varieties based on the event conditions; for instance, lighter-bodied options for those sunny days and richer choices for cooler temps!

Our percentage scale defaults to the “Industry Standard,” but you have the flexibility to edit the Beer, Wine, or Cocktail ratios to suit your guests’ desires. For example, If your crowd is more of a beer and cocktails crew over wine,

simply adjust the quantities up or down accordingly! It’s completely customizable to your event & gives you full control. Cheers to that!
